Fee Structures
Preregistration:
All children must be preregistered to attend Project
SafeKeep. Parents will be asked to fill out a registration
sheet that contains detailed information about the child and
parent emergency number(s). Parents will be asked to
designate authorized persons with phone numbers who can
drop-off or pickup their child. Authorized persons should be
adults, 18 years of age or older. There is a one time per
school year registration fee of $30.00 per family. Only
preregistered children can stay for the program.
Weekly
Pre-enrollment:
Parents who utilize Project SafeKeep on a regular,
predictable basis either 1,2,3,4 or 5 days a week must
prepay for the next week. For example, parents who use the
program during the week must prepay on Friday. Friday is
prepayment day for program use the following week.
Prepayment should always be in the envelopes provided by
Project SafeKeep. All the information on the envelope must
be filled out. The prepayment envelopes should be brought to
the school office. Make checks out to the "Woodbury
Heights Board of Education." Returned checks will be
cause for termination of Project SafeKeep use.
Daily Enrollment:
Parents who wish to use the program on an
unpredictable one-day-at-a-time basis may do so by paying
the morning of the day of the stay. You must be
preregistered to do this! Payment is made in the main
office using a Project SafeKeep envelope.

Activity |
When a
SafeKeep student attends SafeKeep after an
after-school activity, the charge will be $3.00
per ½ hour. |
Note: Payment for fees must be prompt, day to day,
week to week. Persistent late payment or no payment will be
cause for termination of Project SafeKeep use.
