The WHES sixth grade students are asking for donations toward a field of flags to honor veterans in anticipation of Veterans Day. We are asking for $5 donations per flag to create the field to display during the week of Veterans Day (11/10-11/14). Donations will be forwarded, through the school, to Disabled American Veterans, a non-profit organization that advocates for and assists disabled veterans. 

Donations can be sent in to school via cash or check made payable to Woodbury Heights Elementary School in enveloped labeled 'Field of Flags.'  

Following the week of Veterans Day, flags can be picked up by sponsors at the end of the day on 11/14 OR may be left to be donated for future use at WHES.
